Obituary for Bradley Lobberecht

Bradley Ray Lobberecht, age 42, of Eddyville, Iowa, died Monday, May 9, 2016, at the Serenity House of Oskaloosa. Visitation for Brad will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, May 13, 2016, at the Eddyville Funeral Chapel of Eddyville. Brad’s family will be present Friday evening from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service for Brad will be at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont High School Gymnasium in Eddyville. Burial will follow services at Highland Cemetery of Eddyville. Brad was born on December 7, 1973, to Herbert and Eloise (Veldhuizen) Lobberecht in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Brad was raised in Eddyville and graduated from Eddyville High School, Class of 1993. On June 20, 1998, at the First Christian Church of Eddyville Brad and Tina Marie Corcoran were united in marriage. Brad and Tina were together for 20 years and over 18 years of marriage. They were blessed with three children; Christopher, Jerimiah, and Mashayla. Brad worked for 20 years as a fire hydrant builder for Clow Valve Company. He loved to hunt, and watch NASCAR. Brad had a special passion for coaching, especially coaching football, basketball, and soccer. Brad is survived by his wife Tina of Eddyville; his children, Christopher Lobberecht and fiancée Beth of Oskaloosa, Jerimiah Lobberecht of Eddyville, Mashayla Lobberecht of Eddyville; and son/nephew, Marcus Corcoran of Eddyville; and one grandson, Noah Waller. Brad is also survived by his parents, Herb and Eloise Lobberecht of Eddyville; two sisters, Stephanie Ackerman (Mike) of Peosta, Iowa, and Stacey Lamb (Jeremiah) of Eddyville; three brother-in-laws, Bobby Corcoran of Oskaloosa, Chris Corcoran (Lisa) of Oskaloosa, and Travis Corcoran (Chelsie) of Oskaloosa; two sister-in-laws, Elisa Corcoran (Carlos) of Eddyville, and Danyelle Flores (Miguel) of Ottumwa; and several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Evelyn Lobberecht, Albert and Virginia Veldhuizen, and Robert and Phyllis Corcoran.
